22 good practices have been collected and then analyzed by the local authority of Alt Empordà and the University of Latvia. The anaylses has revealed two categories: the first focuses on the labour market and employment, the other on civic integration. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches have been used. The good practices are interesting in the sense that they introduce innovative elements (direct involvement of main actors, enforcement of laws, ICT tools, experimental methodologies and training, etc.).Some partners will chose 2 practices to be transfered at the end of the project.
